who knows really? mich. now has 4 citys that put possesion on the back burner. flint, ann arbor(of course), traverse city, and detroit. it is coming along, slowly but surely. it is still illegal but they have passed city ordinance that it is not a high priority drug to bust. hope you dont get caught by the state boys.
