Daylight bulbs tend to be good for flowering and Bright white are good for Vegging.

This is not correct.
Daylight bulbs have more blue in their spectrum, making them better for VEG.
2700k bulbs are called 'warm white', and have more red in their spectrum, making them better for FLOWER.
