They might charge you with "public intoxication" or "public endangerment" or "disturbing the peace" or a number of other things.... Might be hard to prove though, unless you live in the bible belt in which case proof is irrelevant..
melodious fellow Reviewed by melodious fellow on . Scary moment... Ok, so a couple of friends and I wanted to smoke. We didn't want to do it in the dorms obviously for fear of being caught. So, the next best place we could think of was in my car in the student parking lot. It was a good ways away from the dorm (but only 200 yards or so from the campus police station). But, we weren't too worried because it was like 12:30AM so we figured the cops had stopped most of their patrols and whatnot. So we walk all the way out to the car with the pipe and sack and Rating: 5
