To be honest, I'm gonna have to agree with all of the guys here.. I know you may not want to post his name, MJM, but by posting his name, you may just be able to stop him from scamming one, or even a hundred, other people from this site... What Elfmannbca said was right, we do kinda use the 'honour system' here..

I think there's a guy that travels from motel to motel with internet access and offers exotic strains, he'll sometimes start out by sending out 1 gram samples, then when you buy he'll keep telling you that the package got stolen or confiscated and that he'll send again, he'll do this as long as possible so he can get more money from others. Some names I think he goes by, oldfart, elevated, cali kind.

I don't know what can really be done cuz he is not from the US.

Maybe this is the problem? If it was shipped from a foreign country maybe it got intercepted.

But if the person is really a scammer, I wouldn't worry too much about ripping him a new asshole. Karma will do that all by itself eventually.

The reason I haven't posted his name is to give him a chance to make it right. I know he's read this post because I checked who was online yesterday afternoon and he was reading it. This week it will be one month and I was told it would arrive in 5 days. I'd like to think it was all one big mistake but what made me most upset is I was told over a week ago that he would resend and still nothing. I know of 2 ppl who have gotten their packages from him and a few that didn't even get their samples. I think it may be a case of him coming through a few times to build trust and then the scam starts.

If I do not receive anything by the 26th I will gladly post his name in big red letters.
