after not smoking for 6 months...its been 18 days since i took that hit and i have a urine test in two days...ive heard it should have been out of my system in a week but i just wanted to know what you guys think?

P.S. i am 6'2 180 athletic build and have been working out for the past month and a half(mostly weights,some cardio)

Definately gone dude, no more than 5-7 days max in your system if you quit for 6 months before that. More likely to be out of your system in 2-3 days but 5-7 days is stated just to be safe, especially if only 1 hit. With 18 days you are golden.
