HELP! NEED ADVICE!

so i was riding in the car over the weekend with my buddies and we got pulled over for goin 5 over. the cop had a right to search the car cuz he said he smelled it cuz we happened to be smokin in it like 15 min. before we got pulled over. he found several items of paraphenilia like bongs pipe and grinder and i got charged with it since i had some items located close to all the paraphenilia. i denied that any of it was mine but he only said the judge has to decide so i got taken in. now this is my 3rd arrest since last feb. 07, my first was for possession of under an ounce, my second was for paraphenilia and underage drinking, and now this. before this last arrest i was serving reporting court supervision that was suppose to go for a year. i was doing so good but now this is going to fuck everything up im so pissed cuz i dont have alot of money for this let alone a lawyer to help me out. does anyone kno wat they might give me? is there poss. jail time? probation? community service? or do i have a good chance to fight it, or am i better off pleading guilty and taking the charges? pleeeeez help...
