He's absolutely right. GH now makes one called the "Power Grower" that has something like 8 5 gallon buckets and a big controller and if I'm not mistaked IS a recirculating system to prevent the exact issue hydrohut is talking about.

The w/fs need some modifications to grow big plants.....I've drilled extra holes in all my little red buckets and....in fact....have recently DUMPED The little red buckets altogether due to drainage and rootbound issues.
Weedhound Reviewed by Weedhound on . GH Waterfarm series w/controller q's I am going to purchase a hydroponic cultivation system after my current grow is done. (Harvesting this Saturday CAN'T WAIT). And was considering the waterfarm series from GH with the 13/8 gallon controller unit. The 8-pack system. I just have a few questions about it so if anyone has this type or even the 8-pack itself I would really appreciate some feedback. I plan on doing a scrog/sog with some t5 setups. 1. How do you change the nutes in the system. Do you have to remove each resevior on Rating: 5
