Help with clones for outdoor grow

Ok i want to start some plants INDOORS so i can get a female to clone for outdoor grow this season. Strains are early mysty and NL.
Do i have time to do this?
How long will it take if i grow them indoors to determine the sex from time seed sprouts? I plan on then taking cuttings from the female to plant out doors.

Approximately where are you located? Up here at ~45'N latitude, the drop-dead date for outdoor is considered by many to be June. If you want to flower stubby, stealthy plants, put them under a few days of darkness and stick them outside August 1st, and they will flower immediately.
I just started a log like an hour ago to do exactly what you are talking about- starting seeds indoors to make moms for spring. I'm 3 weeks in already but you have time. Pop dem beanz.
