What do we learn from all this? Plan to fail. Plan to fall down, hard. Practice getting back up.
Make every new grow space immune to the problems that you faced in the last one.
Eliminate factors you can't control.
Don't count the chickens before they hatch.
Always have another option; a safe spot to store valuable genetics should the need arise.
Back up your shit.
Put money aside for emergencies- a portable a/c STARTS at $300 for the no-name one, as I just found out. A good can fan will run you $200. First/Last/Security will hit ya for $2k and up, depending on where you live. And your time isn't free, either.
But most of all, don't give up out of frustration.
You know I try to tell my husband alot of this and her just doesn't get it. I swear it's so much harder to grow when your other half doesn't get it or thinks you should be able to forecast your harvest amount 2 months from now. lol.
Personally right now I sell my good tops and smoke the shitty seedy bottoms myself, every one says I have it backwards, but I'm embarrassed to have my shitty stuff seen, or need to explain why the cost is cut.
Oh yeah I need to fill you all in on the Fuck Face and Hermie situation. I need to start a grow log.....
Chronic Chrissy Reviewed by Chronic Chrissy on . Donkey Dick and VT local IBL Indoor/Outdoor 2008 Long time no log! Since the last one was something I've never done properly to completion before (a full hydro run using NFT), I figured that I should post this new learning experience. You can laugh all ya want. I'm NOT an outdoor grower but I was over at a good buddy's house a couple months back and he was like, "open your hand... Donkey Dick... Merry Christmas" and just dumped a big handful of these FAT beans in my open palm. I did some reading around and found the origin of the Rating: 5
