I was watching a home design show in which an architect gives people remodeling advice on a house before they buy it. There was a sunroom on one side of the house that was pleasant but did not have a good practical use. The architect showed the buyers a few options for other parts of the house and then said, "Now I'm going to show you how to re-purpose your special place in ther rear."
