Possible drug test

A Few months ago i was arrested for underage drinking in NJ. I wasn't cought with weed but my friend was cought with an 1/8. First will they drug test me, and second if they do what should i do. I am a rare smoker last time was two days ago but before that it was new years. my court date is on the 24th will i be clean and if i wont be what can i do?

I don't know if this goes for all states but even if you do get drug tested you are allowed to fail your first test, so it doesn't really matter. I don't think you will get drug tested either. After court the judge may order you to take some kind of a drug test. but the only reason that would happen is if its part of your probation or something.

You should be fine, if you rarely smoke the THC doesn't stay in your system as long. maybe inly 2-3 weeks.

Have your friend say it was his weed because it was. You shouldn't get any drug charges on you if it wasn't yours.

Figured i should update this post. I took a home test about 7 days after the last time i smoked and got a FAINT line but a line no less
today i took a new test which would make it about two weeks after the last time i toked up and i had a completely solid line. it was a 50nm cut off, so my question is is does this mean i will pass the court's test?
