that doesnt look too safe at all, your going to start a fire if it hasnt already, those look like styrofoam cups, they'll melt, has your plastic container melted yet???...unplug that immidiatly and change your lightbulbs...cut holes in the side or top of your box...i'd suggest something much stronger, but if you're using pc fans then get at least 2, one pulling air in, one blowing air out, your plants will never survive in that heat otherwise, nothing could, fuck thats almost boiling temperatures...this is how people die in house fires, maybe shoulda done a bit more research before starting this....
