I don't know so much about the saliva thing, but I remember that running increases metabolism by somewhere around 2000%; this in turn burns more fat and removes THC metabolites from lipid cells into the bloodstream. If you aren't extremely lazy like myself I highly suggest running. It can't hurt, after all.
Funkthatbadunk Reviewed by Funkthatbadunk on . how big of a difference does exercise really make? hello there. i am going to start looking for a new job soon and with that may come a drug test. i will try to avoid ones with tests, but if the job opportunity is right ill quit smoking. anyhow. i run probably 10-15 miles a week. i have for awhile now. i also smoke probably 5-10 times a week. so i am wondering how big a difference does the running make. i know normally with the amount i smoke it takes 30 days of sobriety avg to leave the system. so is this running really making a Rating: 5
