when to start?

first time grower.my seeds are starting to turn to sprouts.they are in a small covered greenhouse,with a 400w hps light,when should i put them in my flo an ebb setup? {i am using rockwool cubes for both seedlings and the flo an ebb sys.}thanks.

make sure the rockwool block's ph is stabilized by soaking them in water ph5.0 for 24hr's before using them,then you can place them in you're system....bonbon

they are already in the small rockwool cubes{soaked for 24hr}in the small greenhouse.how big should i let them get before i put them in my flo an ebb sys?thanks.

as soon as the first "true"set of leave's appear you can put you're hid on them,use a fan on them (sprout's)to strengthen the stem's an keep them cool under the intense light....bonbon
