8 Light room or (2) 4 light rooms? What would you do?

A buddy of mine just rented a ranch in the middle of nowhere so we have the chance to do a descent set up. We've read a lot on the sealed room set up so we're thinking of that route. We have some parts together already- co2 generator, flip flop box, lights, ballasts, etc. A couple of parts we're stuck on are an air conditioner set up and to go with two small rooms or one big room. one room would require twice as much cooling (double the lights), but wouldn't have the added stuff a lung room in Rating: 5
