I would suggest a vaporizer for a start. Vaping eliminates the carbon monoxide that creates much of the risk in smoking cannabis. I smoked (before vaporizers) through both of my pregnancies. My boys are both brilliant and have the correct number of fingers and toes.

I did take vitamin E- the US Navy insisted, back in the 60s and 70s, that their submariners take it daily because they functioned better with it under low oxygen levels. My Dad was one of them, and he took it for the rest of his life. He said he could feel the difference. It is also supposed to make your skin "stretchier", which will be very important to you when you give birth, believe me!

Hon, you need to click the link below and scroll down to "Pregnancy", "Prenatal exposure" and "Nausea". Print up any articles you like and give them to the relatives! Might shut them up for a while! Heck, show them the WHOLE post! Might get them THINKING!

Keep taking your vitamins, especially E and Omega 3. Hemp seed is an excellent source of protein and Omega 3 - available at your health food store. Do a search on it! Lynn Osburn has an excellent article on it. - Granny:hippy:
