A) Hot water doesn't need heating, would recommend getting a cold water heater. (kidding) Doubtful CO2 is the problem. What is the ph of runoff water? 6x6 rockwool cube?
B) What are you using for nutrients?
C) Got pix? Got fans? Got any ventilation?
D) A better explination of your set-up is necessary before anyone can really help. The more info you provide, the less guess-work involved in a reply.
