    you have to flush it...
    wait till the soil is relatively dry, so your not over watering it, and
    give it water with no nutes for 2 to 3 days

    yes because the problem some times is a thin layer of salt on the
    roots or something on the roots so its nice to give them clean water
    just to clean every thing off

After that, there are thousands upon thousands of informative posts for you to sift through. I'm not trying to be an ass, but there's a lot of learning involved in growing a good crop. In fact, learning is a never-ending process.
