    do these look badly stretched someone said they were i dont think
    there stretched that bad i mean a lil bit it happened in one day
    i forgot to move the light back down after messin with them
    they are both under a foot i think there both under 10 inch

    What exactly is the question? Yes they're stretched but no biggie unless they fall over.

    yea they looked stretched, personally its just the growers choice, the taller the plant the less bud sites; the more bushy the more bud sites.

    definite stretching. its not causing problems now, but it is a sign of too little light.

    how many lights are in there? you should have at least 2 100w EQUIVELENT cfl bulbs per plant, if not 3

    they should also be cool white, or daylight

    i have 9 cfls and one flou tube.... 2300k
    i know why they stretched... i was lazy and didnt put the light back down...
    i was just curious what are going to be the out come of me doing this

    also one of my plants the leaves at the top are curling and drooping but not
    at the bottom and my other plant isn't doing it and they have the
    same soil same water same nutes i dont know what it is

    How's the heat? Could the tops be too close to the bulbs?

    i have the bulbs in 2 layers with a reflector the temp never goes
    above 79 i have 2 air vents pointed at the space in between the
    plants and the lights

    ok so they were a lil droopy now they are perfectly fine... well
    probably not perfectly fine...
