Yes, but since Ron Paul opposes giving the federal government power, he would rid us of the DEA (as well as many other unconstitutional federal agencies), thereby legalizing marijuana (as well as all other narcotics) on the federal level. After all, according to the 10th amendment, these decisions should be made by the states, or their people.. Not suits in washington.
