I don't think they can arrest you for receiving drugs in the mail, since anyone could mail you drugs in an attempt to get you in trouble. And I expect if they actually did find out what's inside, it would have been confiscated by the authorities and they would be taking action by now, so I bet you won't have any problems obtaining your package.

And now it's at the fucking post office in a different town. Well, I'm going back to the town where it's at a week from last tuesday. Think it's safe to pick up the package at the post office?
