How often should i water my seedlings?
That's very deep. Seeds should be no more than 1/2 cm under the soil.
Only water when the soil appears to be in imminent danger of drying out. Keep it moist at all times, but not soggy.
You need to cut the rims of those cups WAY down. Right to almost the surface of the soil. The rims will inhibit air flow and lead to the deadly damping-off fungus.
