Work out really intensely up until a week before your test then stop working out. 1 mile is good but the more you do the better. Just stop 1 week before the test dont exercise at all that week not even the 1 mile.

Starting tomorrow i will start taking about 6 caps of metamucil a day, I will be drinking 8 cups of water a day and a few cups of cranberry juice, also running at least 1 mile a day while doing at least 100 push ups and sit ups a day and also im not going to eat very much each day at all (if that will help).
