I've now abstained for 23 days and am still failing using my first mornings void. I'm 6 foot, 190 pounds, medium build. While usually only a weekend smoker, I lost my job in early December and smoked heavily for about 5 weeks. I have a drug test in two days (for my new job) and am going to need to dilute my urine.
