Dilution: Possibly interesting data.
I had my dry-run today. First mornings void showed the faintest of lines if one squinted.
I ran through the recommended diluting process as outlined in the sticky, with the exception of drinking 32 oz. of gatorade rather than 48 oz. I'm very concerned with the stigma attached with returning a negative-dilute sample, and figured since I had abstained for 24 days now, I wouldn't need to dilute to the fullest extent. My semi-diluted test showed a very strong line! I wasn't thrilled with the color of the urine, green-yellow rather than brown-yellow, so I'll probably only take one B-complex vitamin tomorrow rather than two.michwmichw Reviewed by michwmichw on . Dilution: Possibly interesting data. Hello all. First my own story and then the data. I've now abstained for 23 days and am still failing using my first mornings void. I'm 6 foot, 190 pounds, medium build. While usually only a weekend smoker, I lost my job in early December and smoked heavily for about 5 weeks. I have a drug test in two days (for my new job) and am going to need to dilute my urine. While reviewing the information posted on this board, I came across a study performed by the DOT.
