looks like its reaching for the light imo. I would get it closer to the lights first. Low stress training would probably help you more by allowing better light penetration. Another thing, if you just transplanted, the plant is gonna need a few "recovery days" to get through the shock you just gave it..LOL.. It may not do anything for a few days, but..and i am not sure about it but it also looks like you have a nute problem. Im no expert on this one, someone who knows more can give you a more accurate diagnosis.:thumbsup:
