what is your opinion?

So i built a grow box that is 30"x24"x36". I planned on putting a 400 watt air cooled metal hallide in there, but now i am worried about the heat. I noticed many growers success with cfl's. So what would you do based on how my setup is? would you keep the air cooled mh in there or switch to cfl's? and how many?

also i was wondering if the mh would be fine for flowering due to its high blue spectrum?

oh and one last thing, i was going to do scrog for this box.

id go with the air cooled hood with hid lighting, dont forget the hps for flower
