bit of advice you wont want to cough so much if you cool down the smoke first.

try using a waterbong or get a empty glass bottle put it in a fridge or freezer for 1/2 an hour. Then light your joint and put the lit end in your mouth and the unlit end in the bottle now blow on the lit end. this will fill the bottle with smoke, put your thumb on the top of the bottle for a few seconds to cool down the smoke then inhale from the bottle
