Big Thanks to N2 and FBR

Followed N2' dilution method to a T and passed with flying colors. Having gotten a dillute result on my first go around I believe that using a creatine supplement is a must I tried just eating red meat for a few days before hand and it just wasn't enough also using the measured amount of water is key.
I would also like to thank FBR for all of the intelligent feedback he has given on this subject. If it weren't for a very informative forum like this I would not be where I am Today.

Thank you very much and goodluck to all who try this method in the future

I am a heavy smoker at least a gram a day everyday for about 5 years, i am also a pretty heavy set guy (5'11, 250), i stopped smoking about 15 days before the test but was still failing the at home tests leading up to the real thing. my eating habits didn't really change until a few days before the test when i started eating lots of red meat and taking creatine supplements. i also drank alot of cranberry juice leading up to the test but i don't think it really did much.. Hope that helps and practice before hand also helps.:rastasmoke:
