Eating 'mature' Cannabis Butter?
I am in the same situation. I don't see any mold though. It could have some freezer burn. Been in the same container in the fridge since last August 2007. Approx. 10 months.
It should be safe, RIGHT? :wtf:RobbinJaye Reviewed by RobbinJaye on . Eating 'mature' Cannabis Butter? I've got some cannabis butter that's been in the freezer for about 8months and has a mouldy substance on top of it and the whole thing smells a bit, well, cheesy. Would I be Ok to just scrape the stuff off and give it a rinse under the tap or am I risking serious food poisoning? There's a fair bit of butter and it's really good stuff, so i'd be loathe to throw it away, and I'm thinking that it's going to be heated pretty hot in the pan when I melt it anyway - plus each portion that's Rating: 5
