Hello everyone, I am new and have been having some physical problems lately. Hopefully some of you can shed some light on what has been going on. I will try to explain this as quickly as possible without making it too long.

I have been smoking for about 4 years and the last 2 years have been very regularly. (I'm 22) In the last 3 years and actually the vast majority of the time that I have smoked I have smoked out of a bong/bubbler.

I was always good about taking breaks until recently when I found a very regular hook-up. Before, when I would smoke, I would smoke daily usually multiple times and when I ran out it would usually take me anywhere from 1-7 days to get my next bag. As a result I was taking small breaks which I know are important to do. When I found this regular hook-up back in July, I went the entire time without taking any sort of break more then 2-3 days. Not only that but during most of that time I was smoking pretty much all day everyday.

A couple years ago I discovered how good it was to smoke and masterbate/have sex.

I actually stopped smoking and masterbating because it was too difficult to pee afterward. Several months ago, I started hacking up a lot of phlegm when smoking. It got to a point to where it felt like I was killing myself because I was coughing so much and I was spitting up so much mucus. It got a point where I literally felt I was endangering myself with smoking.

Not only that, but over the last 6 months... maybe even longer smoking marijuana has started to make me pee a lot. Basically I'll smoke and 5 minutes later I will have to pee and I will pee a lot when I go to the bathroom. Sometimes I will have to get up 3 times in a 30 minute period and each time I will pee just as much as the last time without having taken in any fluids.

It started getting to a point where the urge to pee would get so bad that I couldn't even pee and I would have to sit down and wait some 15-20 minutes to just get my urine flow gong.

On New Years, I took an oath that I would cut back immensely on my smoking. I did it because I wanted my lungs to heal up. When I was telling my therapist about my condition he said I had sinusitus and that I needed to see a doctor. I had gone about a month without any smoking and for 2 days I suddenly got a lot worse and was coughing up phlegm all day. That weekend I smoked and it felt like I almost killed myself. I then had to go to the bathroom and was barely able to pee. The next day I wasn't coughing up nearly as much so that was a relief. I smoked again the next night and it felt much better and peeing wasn't nearly as bad although my urination was quite frequent. I have since smoked one more time and my coughing isn't that bad but the urination is still a chore.

Has anyone else experienced any of this. I already know what my problem is regarding my lungs. I am fairly certain that I have an upper-respiratory infection. My main concern is the urination because I don't see any of my smoker friends going through any of what I am going through and think there may be an underlying problem.

If it helps at all, I have been the most stressed out I have ever been in my life for the last few months. Thats my reasoning as too why I am still sick with the respiratory infection. But this thing with urinating has been going on for quite some time. It's only been about 6-7 times where I have had a really hard time getting my urine flow going but the frequent urination has been a problem for a long time.

Any insights. I am actually scheduling a doctors appointment very soon but hopefully someone can shed some light on this before I go to the doctor.

And lastly, I do drink a ton of water everyday but never drink coffee and rarely drink anymore.
