    Making lights adjustable.

I want to grow in a cab now. I have clones that are gonna be in a mini ebb and flow in the bottom. There will be a screen to keep them away from the lights.
How can I make my lights adjustable in the cab so that they can get all the way to the top when they start to bud and so that they can be low near the bottom when they're little?

I attached a nylon, braided rope to the lights and threaded them through eyes at the top, and then attached to chains on cleats. If the lights are heavy, you can use small pulleys at the top instead of eyes.

I hang all my lights from hooks sunk in a stud, and chains. They can then be raised and lowered with no tools or tying.
