    From the pictures, I am guessing about 3 weeks into flower.
    If this is the case they are now ready yet.

    Wait for the experts to answer, I'm a noob, but I think they are too young, not to their potential yet.

    He means not ready yet. None of the trichomes in the pictures look amber. Depending on what stage you want to harvest at, you would want to wait until at least some of the trichomes turn.
