PS . Be careful if u do indeed use blocks of dry ice . It can and will burn the hell out of you in the form of frostbite .
I got a 20lb tank filled for $18 at my local firehouse supply shop. Just tell them you're going out paint balling and you use it to refill your guns.

    Ohh what a tease!

Co2 definitely helps. plants use co2 as ONE of the main blocks of photosynthesis, You must have enough light, water, nutrients, and a (mostly)sealed area for Co2 to work correctly. based on a lot a research ive seen 1400-1700ppm is optimum for most strains w/ some able to handle up to 2000ppm w/ enough light. IMO from what ive read.

It definitely was, I didn't want to give it back before I at least got to experiment with it. I wasn't keeping track of my ppm like I should have been, and I also didn't have my fans running on a separate timer. Still, in the few short weeks that I got to play with it, I could actually see the difference it was making. Can't wait to get a system of my own, I really want to keep it going through veg AND flower... I hear the differences are amazing.

Bummer about the cold snap, but I'd imagine in Florida it probably won't last too terribly long.

Good luck with the C02 enhancement... is this being used in your LED grow? I haven't had the chance to check out your entire log so far, but what I've seen has impressed me. Either way, best of luck to ya!
