    HAHAHA!
Actually no! It qualifies as 'dat brown non dank shnizz' but I don't see any surface mold going on and if it's already rooted or nearly so, and almost ready to take out of the dome, the cutting should survive just fine.

I think i'm going to give it a shot but this time i'll make my OWN hole with a toothpick into the side of a Rockwool cube. I feel that the hole that's pre-made is a little too big and could be the reason it failed. Everything was perfect but I just can't get clones to root.
Looks as if you took cuttings from the woody part of the stem. They should have been older parts of the plant with a flexible stem. They are tall. I would have taken them from a node and not more than 5 inches in length. They have a better chance to root with the cutting being tender at the site you are to put in the blocks or soil.

Well every single one has roots. I opened the rockwool to check them this morning and the one with roots showing out the cube now has 3 already.
