got my HPS, new set-up and about to flower
i bought a 400 watt HPS today!
I was going to get a regular HPS ballast, but i got a sweet deal on a switchable ballast that was a display in the store, for about 30 bucks off, and a much better ballast. so i got that going for me.
in the flower room with my girl jan, i have the 400 watt HPS and 7 clf's (another 10,500 lumens) to supplement it. 3 blue spectrum and 4 red.
the veg room is simply a folding card table with reflective foam board and black plastic.
i have 10 CFL's in there, totaling 15,000 lumens. (2 blue spectrum and 8 red)
starting tomorrow at 12 noon, Jan will begin her 24 hours of darkness to start the flower cycle.
i also have 3 of those "stink" bulbs. they seem to work pretty well.
After all this damn typing...the picture upload thing isnt working.
i shall try laterhanayama Reviewed by hanayama on . got my HPS, new set-up and about to flower i bought a 400 watt HPS today!
