Would you give up your pets for a lover

I would never get rid of a pet for a significant other. I'm a cat man and would never get rid of them!! Why is it, a man that owns a cat instead of a dog is less manly? I get hell from my "macho" friends for liking cats over dogs.

Tell your friends comparing a dog to a cat is like comparing a street slugger to the ultimate martial artist , cats are faster, more agile, and meaner than any dog.
Pound for pound a dog will get it's arse seriously kicked by a cat.
