big problem, please help

-soil -FoxFarm Ocean forrest
-Anything you have added to the soil- perlite
-Soil pH- not sure, ive been using the runoff kit and been roughly around 6.5-7.0 since its a color drip kit.
-Water source - tap
-Water pH - 6.5-7.0 since its a color drip kit.
-Age of plant 4 weeks
-Type of fertilizer - FF, Grow big and Big Bloom
-Rate of application - every other watering
-Lighting source and distance from plant - 400 hps, 15inches
-Temperature (both day and night if you are running a dark period) - 68-74 degrees
-% Relative humidity around 35-45%
-Lighting schedule - just switched to 12/12
-Type of ventilation your room has - 8inch inline fan with a 6' passive intake

im having big problems with this single plant. the leaves are curling inwards and getting stiff. this plant has been the only one doing it and ive done a flush like 2 weeks ago. the leaves been like that for a few weeks now and only is getting worse. ive also seen it in another one of my plants but the other plant seems like its getting back to normal while this one is still doing it. ive been checking the ph in my water and soil as best as i can till my meter shows up in the mail but dont know why this is doing this so badly. they were doing pretty great up till now. any suggestions would be greatly apreciated.. thanks guys

Are you foliar feeding?? Is there a hard breeze going across your leaves?? Looks like maybe wind burn.

A strong wind could do that? Actually I do have kinda a strong breeze on it. I have a box fan on low and proped up kinda high on boxes but is still kinda strong on the tops. Thanks btw!

I've kept a strong breeze on my ladies for years, never seen results like that. Especially on just one plant in the grow.
Do you foliar-feed?

once in a while I folier feed with a highly diluted solution of foxfarm nutes

Only other thing I can think of, is major ph fluctuation.

Looks either pot-bound, suffocated, or over fertilized. All 3 can lead to the downwadrd cupping you see on those leaves.
When you answer rate of application you need to be more specific. How MUCH do you use compared tot he instructions on the bottle?
You're probably going to need to flush with pH 6.7 water, repot, and feed lightly with your grow big.

ive been very light on the ferts. do you think its from when i sprayed em with milk? cause after i sprayed with milk its doing this. i sprayed water on the leaves to get the milk off but didnt get all of it off i dont think. my other plants that ive sprayed with milk are also getting brown spots on em. but those plants seem to do fine. also do you think its cause when i had em in styrofoam cup i transplanted in 5 gallon pots right away? i heard that its bad cause you cant accurately monitor the watering and ferts and such? thanks stinky!

Woah wait - who or what told you to spray your plants with milk?

i got a home remedy for killing mold. bad idea from someone. my leaves instantly canoed upwards in like an hour. i sprayed em down with water to wash em off. bad idea but thought it would be ok since there was a link to this being done to plants, not mj. lesson learned. i got serenade and fixed the problem. but now my plants smell really bad from it but now the smell is starting to subside
