-Type of ventilation your room has - 8inch inline fan with a 6' passive intake

im having big problems with this single plant. the leaves are curling inwards and getting stiff. this plant has been the only one doing it and ive done a flush like 2 weeks ago. the leaves been like that for a few weeks now and only is getting worse. ive also seen it in another one of my plants but the other plant seems like its getting back to normal while this one is still doing it. ive been checking the ph in my water and soil as best as i can till my meter shows up in the mail but dont know why this is doing this so badly. they were doing pretty great up till now. any suggestions would be greatly apreciated.. thanks guys
