This thread is going downhill fast. Bad theory, bad advice, and the beginnings of a flame war. I've never tried to extract THC using alcohol but it seems that there is more to it than just throwing the nug into a shot glass and waiting a minute. There are plenty of threads on this subject so here's one to start you in the right direction and this one's closed. There are plenty of threads with the right info in them so just look.
