That soil is probably too rich in nutrients, and nowhere near aerated enough for young seedlings. 'Moisture-control' almost certainly means 'shitloads of peat added', which can cause problems by dropping your pH to undesirable levels. Low pH, coupled with time-release fertilizers, is probably why your leaves are scorched. Young roots can't handle large doses of fertilizers.
Next time, steer clear of using any soils containing "time-released" or "slow-release" fertilizers. You can't control when these things will activate, and as is abundantly clear, it can do a lot of damage to the plants. You might also consider adding at least 30% perlite next time to provide better aeration, especially if your soil retains moisture well.

Ditto on what has been said. The stuff you have has a lot of nutrients and is probably also not meant for potted plants. Get some 'potting soil' and mix that with 30-50% perlite.
You can transplant your plants now, and should do it before they grow too much.

Ok, its been 7 days since the transplant. Lower leaves are way worse. They are brown and just crumble away. leaves are developing chlorosis. This is my first indoor grow and I have no idea whats wrong.

Test the pH of your water AND the pH of the soil... you'll want to learn how to keep the levels in an acceptable range for soil, which is right around 6.6. There's quite a bit that can cause those symptoms, so fill out as much info in the Troubleshooting Form as you can possibly list. That ought to help get you an accurate diagnosis.
