Okay, so from what I read, I don't understand how metamucil will help taking it with the dilution method. Doesn't metamucil help release THC which is counter-productive as I'm trying to mask it right? Or maybe I don't fully understand...

Anyway, my test is in about 9 hours and I've taken my aspirin so my plan is as follows:

9-5 hours until test: Sleep.
4 hours until test: Chug first 32oz gatorade over an hours time.
3 hours until test: Pee a few times
2 hours until test: Drink around half of the second 32oz gatorade to replenish pee lost.
1.5 hours until test: Take 2 or 3 B-Complex vitamins
1.0 hours until test: Pee once or twice more, test myself
.5 hours until test: Go to test.

If anyone thinks I should work in the metamucil in there somewhere let me know.
