Drug Test in One Week - Many Questions!

No, I voided about 3 times before I tested. So I guess the first 3 are up in the air.

Good call with the gatorade, I hate the yellow kind anyway. I'm going to head over to the market and get some gatorade and metamucil. How does mixing in the metamucil into the dilution equation work?

It's a physical, I'm not 100% sure that they will search me, but last time I took a physical and was 3 months clean the doc gave me quite a work around last time he inspected my boys. I've heard other docs don't get so touchy-feely, but I figure better safe than sorry...

Okay, so from what I read, I don't understand how metamucil will help taking it with the dilution method. Doesn't metamucil help release THC which is counter-productive as I'm trying to mask it right? Or maybe I don't fully understand...

Anyway, my test is in about 9 hours and I've taken my aspirin so my plan is as follows:

9-5 hours until test: Sleep.
4 hours until test: Chug first 32oz gatorade over an hours time.
3 hours until test: Pee a few times
2 hours until test: Drink around half of the second 32oz gatorade to replenish pee lost.
1.5 hours until test: Take 2 or 3 B-Complex vitamins
1.0 hours until test: Pee once or twice more, test myself
.5 hours until test: Go to test.

If anyone thinks I should work in the metamucil in there somewhere let me know.

You should take about 4 (325 mg) aspirins about 4 hours before the test not 9. No big deal though it isn't essential.

The way I got past mine was drinking a detox tea. It was called Yogi Detox tea. I had 5 days before my drug test. There were about 20 Packettes, and I drank those in the first 3 days. The last 2 days were to undilute my urine. I bought a little test at my local pharmacy and tested negative. I was also negative on my drug test for the company I work for. Look into it.

I just got back from taking my test/physical...

I took the drug test first before the physical so I suppose I could have subbed, but I peed a nice neon yellow urine (thank you vitamins) and no one at the center seemed to notice any irregularities. They sealed it up and sent it off to urinalysis - whatever that is.

The even better plus was that I got a female doc to do my physical, and a pretty cute one to boot!

I came home and voided the rest of my pee reserves and tested myself again just to see and I came out negative. So by my guess, it's looking pretty good.

I'll post the end results - thanks for everyone's help and input!
