I've done several experiments with nutmeg. It DOES work; there are a few psychoactive chemicals in nutmeg and mace. However, the side effects far outweigh the high that it gives you. Most of the times I used it, I just ended up goin' to sleep. www.erowid.org has many experience reports, as well as the basic effects and dosage. Apparently some people even use extraction methods to turn the psychoactive ingredients in nutmeg into an oil. My opinion? I don't regret trying it out, yet I don't regret making the decision to stay away from it from now on. Stick to weed.
