Ok so I read the dillution sticky and I have a question. My probation office does a on the spot test so they dont send it off. I was wondering since that is the case can I just drink the water to dillute and skip the vitamin stuff and all that?

You might want to take the vitamins just so your urine isn't totally clear. Depends on how your PO looks at things.

Yeah depending on how much you drink you may want to take the vitamins. If you're sure they aern't shipping the sample off I would drink lots of gatorade.

Yea I know they dont send it off cuz they have me pour it out afterwards. She dont care about the color I mean she is cool cause i have drunk alot of water in the waiting room to go and my piss was clear. I just wanted to know if I smoke up till like 5 days before and just do the dilute with the water and not worry about the other stuff would I be ok? Oh and im in TN
