It really is an uphill battle for McCain ... but I think he's the leading GOP candidates and has a shot at the WH.

I'm excited to see if race / sex WILL have an impact on this election ... could tell us a lot about our country.

I just think McCain isn't going to be able to separate his polices enough from Bush's to appeal to the LARGE number of people who want change ... period.

'Cain's strongest selling point will be national security and I'm sure they'll be playing the "war hero" card that might actually bring more Americans to his side than people might think.

The Dem's will have the upper hand in just about every other policy this year IMHO. McCain might try to push that the Dems will raise taxes but I'm sure they'll gladly point how he flip-flopped his opinion on Bush's tax cuts.

Yet ... it isn't even REALLY about Reps vs Dems ... it's about what is best for this country. The party line definitions have diminished ... there isn't much of a difference between the two main parties. I mean ... Republicans use to stand for smaller government, yet we see a bigger government today than every before. etc etc

As long as people don't vote ... candidates won't care ... as long as they don't care ... the people don't run this country ... we are not free.

Being a moderate republican, he could possibly pull in support from alot of the independent voters. I see a seat in the Oval Office in his future. Like I've been predicting.....another 4 years under the GOP.....LMAO, and a year ago in here there were MANY saying that I was crazy. :D Where's Medicinal??????? Have a good one!:s4: Rating: 5
