    not leagal?

I have a question. Hopefully someone can point me in the right direction.

I have just moved to riverside about 4 months ago from ohio. I had broken 2 verdibra (L1-T12) in my lower back 3 years ago. I have been through 5 months of Physical therapy right after i got out of the hostpital, for the last 3 years I have been seeing a neurological specialist. i have nerver damage due to inflamation.

now that you know alil about me heres the question. I am still a legal resident of ohio, and a ohio drivers license. but i can easily get all my records and a recommendation from my doctor. Now can I get a license here in california for medical mj?

Thanks for takeing the time to read and help.

Since you have a legit medical problem, can get your records, and reside in California, you ought to have no problem getting a recommendation. My doctor requires picture ID, but the DMV has a non-drivers picture ID available. Get one and you are good to go, even with a fussy doctor like mine!

And it is not a "License", it is called a "recommendation". The card that some counties sell is not required to use medically, but many dispensaries will not sell to you without a card. The card is supposed to keep the cops off your tail, but there have been instances where card-carrying med users have still been hassled. Some dispensaries issue their own cards, from what I hear. I don't know what their ID requirements are. Our only dispensary was closed over a year ago and I've just grow my own for the last 3+ years. - Granny:hippy:
