edwards dropping out
well its all over the news this morning that edwards is droppng outa the race. the only storie i could find was from the AP and ill not post that because the last time i did it was more of a propaganda peice. and ill not make that mistake again.
from what i gather tho most of his supporters are saying their second choice would be hillary. and that he plans on going and continuing his work with habbitat for humanity. saying als he will pitch in a hand to help new orleans and the "victoms" of hurricane katrina. saying it is a symbol of a washington that didnt hear the cries of he downtrodden.
now i for one am sick and tired of heaing about the "plight" of these "victoms". new orleans is about 45 mins from my house. you hear al the time bout how these "victoms" are still living in FEMA tailers and that they want nothing more than to move back home. well let me first say that most of these people are people who will NOT help themselves. but are instaed waitng for a handout. people who did not own a house but feal that they are owed one now. people who opted to stay in the city despite warnings days befor the hurricane hit to evacuate. many say that they didnt have a way out an that is crap. the state offered free bussing to these "victoms". when the dust had settled and help arrived for these people they were offered the bet there was. my mom was one of the volenteers. she helped to feed these people. they had 2 very fine rsturants catering food 2 places i can barely afford to eat in. instead of thanks and appreciation she was shown contempt and given complaints. example one day the cater brung sandwiches, nice ones to like big fat deli sandwiches, my mother was cursed at and called names because they werent serving steak. accused of keeping the steaks for herself. she had to take a sack lunch for herself. i mean if it were me helping someone like this and all i got was complaints well t would be the last time i helped.
sorry abot the rant but i burns my ass every time i hear about the "victoms" when the real story should be as to how these "victoms" are takin us all for a ride.yokinazu Reviewed by yokinazu on . edwards dropping out well its all over the news this morning that edwards is droppng outa the race. the only storie i could find was from the AP and ill not post that because the last time i did it was more of a propaganda peice. and ill not make that mistake again. from what i gather tho most of his supporters are saying their second choice would be hillary. and that he plans on going and continuing his work with habbitat for humanity. saying als he will pitch in a hand to help new orleans and the "victoms" of Rating: 5

White, middle-aged males that were Edwards supporters will probably head to Hillary. Those that were backing Edwards for change will probably head to Obama.

I hear ya.....remember when Jesse Jackson was having a fit about illegal Mexican workers taking all the rebuilding jobs? Took a bus to St. Louis to round up some refugees that needed employment.......ending up bringing back the bus loaded up with the majority being Mexican.
"The Big Easy" wasn't just a catch phrase for some but a way of life.
As for Edwards........:lol5:
Have a good one!:s4:

The Democratic primary has been a two-person race from the beginning. Edwards dropping out is just a technicality at this point.

I was an Edwards girl. His attitudes on getting corporate and lobbyist influence out of our government were right in line with how I feel.
I'll be throwing my support behind Obama now.\"That best portion of a good man\'s life: his little, nameless, unremembered acts of kindness and love.\"
