If I fail this first random can I insist on retest, do they retest you if you ask them too. Just wondering I will raise hell if my test comes back positive and wondering if I can demand a second test.

Can I demand a re-test if this test comes back positive, is that even a legal right to demand a re-test, I am already employed and have had two negatives within a year, so wondering if they would let me re-test if this one came out bad. I am ready now for the test, and there is no way I will fail this next one if they let me re-test. I am just waiting for the call to tell me it came back positive I took the test Monday afternoon.
