Uppers as I understand it are any pills that get you feeling good and energentic... Like XTC. Snorting XTC will get you a better effect... well it seems to me. But it BURNS!!!! BURNS!!! BURNS!!!!!. Just take two orally. You wont find many OTC Uppers.. Except for enegery pills and caffine pills.
